Apply or Renew

Join the Academy or renew your membership in a few simple steps.

Whether you are joining the Hamilton Academy of Medicine for the first time or renewing for another year, we are glad to have you. Physicians, residents, and medical students are all welcome to apply.

New Members

To join the Academy, complete a membership application and send it to us, or contact the office to request application materials by mail. Once your application is received, you can pay your dues securely via Square. A one-time New Member Fee of $75 applies in your first year. Not sure which category fits you? Review the full membership fee schedule before you apply.

Renewing Members

Renewing your membership is quick. Simply pay your dues securely via Square using our secure Square payment link. There is no need to resubmit a full application to renew.

Paying Your Dues

The Academy accepts membership payments through Square, our secure payment provider. When you are ready, pay your dues securely via Square and your payment is processed safely online. Membership dues are due by March 31st each year.
